A new custom part for the Suzuki Jimny has been announced, which allows it to have a Jeep Cherokee XJ-style look. The Jimny, known for its compact body and off-road capabilities, has been a popular choice among outdoor enthusiasts. However, due to its unique appeal, some users have been looking for ways to customize their vehicles to stand out. The new custom part aims to address this need and has been generating buzz among car enthusiasts. The Jeep Cherokee XJ, which was produced from 1984 to 2001, was a sporty model with a monocoque body and was different from previous Jeep SUVs.

A limited number of Suzuki “Jimmys” will be available to the Thai market, with a drawing to determine 50 lucky owners. The current model was officially announced in Thailand in March 2019, the year after its launch in Japan, and the first 90 online sales slots were filled in six days. This time, 50 units will be sold in small quantities, as the model is a finished vehicle export from Japan and production has been limited due to the global popularity of the Jimny as well as a shortage of semiconductors. The selling price ranges from approximately 6,750,000 yen to 6,870,000 yen and includes a high tariff of over 100% of the vehicle price since it is treated as an imported vehicle.

Suzuki’s new “Jimny 5-door” is about to be released, with high pre-order numbers indicating its popularity. The new compact SUV “Fronx” will also be released soon. Suzuki’s Indian subsidiary, Maruti Suzuki, announced that its luxury brand “NEXA” has sold a total of 2 million units. The Jimny series is a compact 4WD that is active in 194 countries and regions worldwide. The new Jimny 5-door model, which is a 5-door version of the Jimny Sierra, was unveiled at the “Auto Expo 2023” in India on January 12. The difference from the 3-door model is that the wheelbase has been extended by 340mm to add a rear door, providing more legroom and cargo space. The exterior features a unique chrome-plated 5-slot grille with special rear seats and interior. The release date is imminent.

Suzuki has released a two-seater Suzuki Jimny truck, which has a converted rear seat area into a cargo bed. This follows the unveiling of the Jimny Sierra Pickup Style at the Tokyo Auto Salon in 2019. The current Jimny, which underwent a full model change in 2018, features a ladder frame, FR layout, part-time 4WD with a transfer lever, and a three-link rigid axle suspension. Since 2018, the Jimny has been sold in various countries and regions, with different evolutions such as a van model without rear seats in Europe and a rugged-looking pickup truck model in New Zealand. In January 2023, a five-door Jimny will be unveiled in India. In October 2022, Ishibata Automobile in Nihonmatsu City, Fukushima Prefecture, announced the release of the Jimny Pickup Truck based on the current three-door Jimny.
