For any orders totaling less than 10.00 USD or 1000 JPY (not including freight charges), we will charge a handling fees of 2.00 USD or 200 JPY.

Import duties and taxes may be applied upon customs clearance into your country. Please pay such costs directly to the delivery agents or the customs office upon delivery. For details, please contact the customs office of your country.

Payment

We will calculate your shipping charges and let you know that after receiving your order. Please make payment of the goods and the shipping charges altogether at this time. We will ship your package after your payment is confirmed.

Order is valid only for 7 days. Order is automatically cancelled if payment is not completed until 7 days after the order date.

Step 2 : We will calculate your shipping charges and send you an invoice in e-mail.

Step 3 : Please make payment of the goods and the shipping charges altogether.

Step 4 : We will ship your package after your payment is confirmed.

DISCLAIMER: Please note that we do not stock any products at our facility. We place orders directly to factories after a customer’s order is received. Therefore, please allow a few business days lead time prior to shipment. We appreciate your understanding.

Delivery time & date

We will ship your package as soon as your payment is confirmed. But the delivery time varies according to your delivery method and destination. Besides, please understand there might be delays depending upon customs clearance and other various conditions of transportation.

Exchanges/Returns

Please understand that we will not accept cancellation in any case for international orders.

Any return or refund will not be accepted once order confirmation e-mail is sent out.

Any & all packing, transport and shipping is entirely at the customer’s own instruction, risk & expense. We cannot accept any Exchange even if it’s damaged in transit without insurance coverage.
